Hello! My name is Svetlana Sanyan.

I graduated from SWISSAM Hospitality Business & Culinary Arts School, IMI International Hospitality Management program in 2015.

Life is unpredictable

Life is an unpredictable, and only it knows when and where you need to be. People and cooking have always played an important role in my life and the culture of hospitality is directly related to the culture of family and traditions of Central Asia, where i lived from early childhood. It helped me to understand what exactly I want to do in the future, and where to do it – helped my family, for which I am grateful!

My impressions of the studying

My impressions always depend on the result of my work. Study is a hard work.  For one people it’s easy to study, but others need to make a great effort. As for me, I believe that if you do all on the time, the studying process will take place without difficulty.

During studying at the SWISSAM Business school teachers share with students only necessary and applicable knowledge, which are used on practice, information is provided gradually, which enables students to learn new information more better.

I like the form of studying, and another is technical issue.

What gave me SWISSAM Business school?

As I said, teachers and lecturers provide students with a useful  information, which we use in work. This gives us an impact in professional development, we are in the industry, talk to people who teach us something new and share with us with a priceless experience. Person grows and develops, and this is the most important thing for the future manager or employer.

Career and Future Plans

Support of my family and friends, along with knowledge and experience in various fields of hotel and restaurant business, which I received from studying of IMI International Hospitality Management program, have been applied. The first own project was implemented on the basis of the Home Bakery cakes according to old family recipes. The project, entitled «Mama's Tort Saint Petersburg» was successful, leading to the discovery of the pastry shop, called «Pastry House ADANA».

In the future I plan to continue to develop, learn new paths of this sweet world!
