Pop-up restaurant “SOUP&WRAP” is a unique project developed  by the graduates of the International Restaurant Management program of SWISSAM Business School. The young restaurateurs decided to stick to the concept of Fast Casual Dining in their menu and interior design. The main positions of the menu were soups, wraps, Korean burgers and Panna Cotta for dessert.

All the money made from the pop-up restaurant was donated to the charity organization “Parents of Saint Petersburg” that supports abandoned children and orphans.
