Karl Jonas Grip

Guest Lecturer of Culinary Arts program

Jonas has extensive working experience in hospitality industry starting from 1989. He used to work in Germany, Sweden, Australia, Asia, Russia. First time became a head chef in 1993. JPnas participated in a very wide range of special events as chef and judge. He Speaks Sweden, English, German and Russian. 

Graduated from Restaurant School (Stockholm, Sweden - Chef Qualification) and Swedish Restaurant Academy (Kitchen Economy).

Career achievements:

1996 catered  for the Swedish King on his 50th birthday

2004 Cooked private dinner for Mr. Ivanov Russian Minister of Defence in his residence.

2005 Created and served The Official Gala Dinner for His Majesty the King of Sweden at the Museum of Contemporary Arts in Sydney.
