ACHIEVEMENTS: Restructured Front Office department operationally, created and developed staff on call initiative and trainee's project. 
Participated in the reconstruction of rooms (565 rooms renovated). 
Improved climate analysis score within FO department in 2012, lowest turnover for the past 6 years
