Our Staff

Our most important competitive edge at SWISSAM is our teaching staff. In line with the standards set by our educational partners IMI and ICE, over 80% of SWISSAM's faculty are seasoned industry professionals who hold recognized teaching qualifications. Our revolving staff of English-speaking instructors includes chefs from ICE in New York City, industry experts from the world of international hotels and restaurants, and specialists in financial management, marketing, and human resources. Our staff come from many different countries but they all share a common tongue: the international language of hospitality.
