SWISSAM Students organized a gala dinner at the Faberge museum

On November 17th, in honor of the 200th anniversary of the presence the diplomatic mission of Switzerland in Russia, a Gala dinner was held at the Faberge museum, the preparation and conduct involved was carried out by the students of SWISSAM Hospitality Business & Culinary Arts School

The Relationship between Switzerland and Russia has a long history. Culture and business between the two countries are closely linked and continue to evolve. The grand gala evening, organized by the Consulate General of Switzerland and prepared with the help of students from the Business -School - SWISSAM, gave the perfect illustration of international cooperation.

Students of ACF Culinary Arts Chef Education program, under the leadership of chief instructor Josef Fleissner, prepared snacks such as a quiche lorraine, meatballs, caesar rolls, spring rolls, tarts with cream cheese and caviar. For dessert, diners were offered chocolate mousse, carrot cake, coffee and orange panna cotta. Seating and serving was conducted by first-year students of IMI International Hospitality Management Undergraduate Studies program. 

The educational process at SWISSAM Hospitality Business & Culinary Arts School focuses on practical aspects, from the first day, students are involved in the preparation of such important events.
