First day of SWISSAM EXPERIENCE Forum* has come to the end - more than 400 participants and 30 speakers took part at Forum, in hospitality industry opportunities, master-classes and challenges discussions. Thank you all for that.

Participants discussed success factors in service industry, importance of online-communication and its influence on restaurant image, talked about digital services importance, argued whether local products can compete with western ones and analysed upcoming trends in hotel management.

Media and blogers participated at the master-class at SWISSAM kitchen.

Apart from that SWISSAM students presented their project : pop-up restaurant Jordan serving meatballs, soups and sweets.

The event was finished with a coctail party for the participants.
