SWISSAM EXPERIENCE.Hospitality & Culinary Arts forum closed on the 17th  of March, 2017, uniting lots of locals and guests of St. Petersburg interested in Hospitality Industry.

Two bright days full of lectures, discussions and master-classes from Russian and foreign experts have passed.

Day 2 started with Artem Balaev’s speech on gastronomic festivals organization, followed with Oleg Braginsky’s presentation on Big Data implementation in Hospitality Industry. Afterwards Alena Melnikova shared her experience in PR and marketing, Anatoly Vasiliev explained to photographers how to shoot a ‘fruity picture’ and Vladimir Dashkov gave ready-to-go advice on design, etc.

Apart from that academic section was going on: during panel discussion “Education in hotel and restaurant management” our speakers and participants talked about qualified employees and analyzed challenges and opportunities in Hospitality Industry education.

And of course, on Forum we had an active discussion on St. Petersburg food culture!
