Pastry Exam: well done!

At the end of January students of Culinary Arts Foundation course have passed their Baking & Pastry program's final exam.

The examination masterpieces were evaluated by experts:

  • Josef Fleissner (head of Culinary Arts program)
  • Julia Bakova, Baking & Pastry Chef-Instructor
  • Leonty Kirillov (pastry chef of the restaurant "Your Kitchen").

Leonty - a graduate of SWISSAM Business School, he succeeded by getting 100 points on the Pastry exam!

So, by all means it was not easy for the students to impress the jury. However,  they coped with the task perfectly - each dessert has a wonderful flavor and uniqueness (willow-herb jelly, profiteroles with goat cheese and many more)!
