23 of November at 19:00 there was an Open Day at  SWISSAM Hospitality Business School.


At the event CEO of SWISSAM Hans Hiertner gave a lecture on «Saint Petersburg on the gastronomical map of the world». Mr. Hiertner told the guests of the school about the history of Restaurant Business Development in Saint Petersburg, as well as about current trends in culinary world. 


The guests of the Open Day participated in the master-class by the chef of SWISSAM Jozef Fleissner. They were learning how to cook pasta.


The next Open Day will happen on 27-28 of January 2018. You can register starting from the 9th of January.
