On 27 May 2017 Karl Jonas Grip, Head of Culinary Arts Program at SWISSAM Moscow campus will judge a culinary arts contest of the “Arzamaskiy gus” Festival (Арзамасский гусь). 

"Arzamaskiy gus" is the one and only culinary arts festival annually held in Nizhny Novgorod region. The festival combines both intense agenda for professional chefs and diverse entertainment program for family fun. Festival aims to create and promote fresh outlook on Russian traditional cuisine. 

This year "Arzamaskiy gus" once again holds the culinary contest for professional chefs. Winner of the contest gets a chance to take one of the SWISSAM short Advanced Chef Courses for free.

Panel of judges will also include Mikhail Lukashonok, chef at “Mark i Lev” (Tula); Igor Artamonov, owner and chef at “Domashnaya Italiya”; Alexey Kovba, brand-chef at “Sladkaya zhizn” and Roman Loshmanov, editor at “Afisha Eda”
