We are teaching the best ones. From 5 to 22 of February there is an intensive for chefs and sous-chefs of AZIMUT Hotels at SWISSAM Business School. The team was created from every corner of Russia: there are chefs from Novosibirsk, Moscow, Saint-Petersburg and Vologda. We can continue here, but you got the point.

There is a repetition of HACCP, work with soups and souces, meat and chicken, dish design and, most importantly, working in teams. The program for AZIMUT was developed by request and is quite unique.

On 22 of February the chefs will take their final exam. They will be judged by the representatives from SWISSAM Business School, AZIMUT Hotels and the journalists.
