The most prestigious culinary competition in the world Bocuse d'Or Russia took place on June 23-24th, Moscow.

This year Chef Olga Suzdalkina (culinary projects " ", "Eat vegan", Moscow) took the second place in Bocuse d'Or national final. Her team included assistant Pavel Koshelev, SWISSAM Culinary Arts alumni, and Coach, Rustam Tangirov, famous chef and invited chef instructor of various culinary programs in previous years at SWISSAM.
