Yesterday SWISSAM's school year for students of  Culinary Arts sand Hospitality Management Programs began. 
Restaurant project of students of International Hospitality Management Postgraduate Program - "Hola Amigos".
Three practice restaurants of future chefs and managers of hospitality industry opened its doors during the first hot Sunday of this summer on Petrogradskaya Side in front of the SWISSAM school, by the fountain.

In September 2014, the SWISSAM school opens the International Hospitality Management Postgraduate program in Moscow.

This spring, one of the courses offered by SWISSAM gave students the opportunity to open their own restaurant for one day. 
Yet another memorable and bright Restaurant Day took place at SWISSAM square on May 17th. The participants competed not only in aspects of culinary ingenuity and skill, but also in charm, the ability to attract guests, and providing guests enjoyment through personal communication.

With the support of the Consulate General of Italy, a celebration of Italy’s Proclamation Day will be held in St. Petersburg on June the 2nd.

On April 26 and 27, the third Chocoday will be held on the A2 club square.  

  SWISSAM Business School Managing Director Hans Hiertner has met with the leadership of the  Vladivostok Hospitality School.  
  On April 22 and 23, SWISSAM invites all interested to spend a day as a student of the Business School.
On April 10, student cards were presented to the new students of the spring 2014 enrollment session and diplomas to the graduates of the Culinary Arts program. 

On April 8, the menu crafted and realized by Culinary Arts students for SWISSAM's summer "pop-up" restaurant was put to the test.
In May, two of the best students at SWISSAM will attend a seminar by Dr. Ichak Adizes, a global expert on management and effective business.  
Here at SWISSAM, we know how to take exams with profit and pleasure.

SPIBA and the SWISSAM Business School conducted a roundtable event, "St. Petersburg on the Threshold of a New Tourism and Business Season." 
Thanks to everyone who participated in the Olympics and congratulations to the champions. Certificates will be given to all participants on April 1 at 7:00 PM.
On March 19, the finals of the competition for the International Cinco Jotas Award took place in Madrid. Contestants prepared “tapas” with jamónibéricode bellota.

The question of the use of GMOs in food products is a key topic for the food industry and is being presented to the government of the Russian Federation for discussion.

In line with global practices, the SWISSAM Business School admits students four times per year: studies in any of the programs can begin in January, April, July or October. The next enrollment date is April 7, 2014.
The SWISSAM Business School invites high school seniors, college and university students and professionals to take part in its “International Management” academic competition.
The SWISSAM Hospitality Business School has founded an association for its graduates. The first organizational session was held on February 13.

Yesterday, students who enrolled in January were presented with their student cards. This time, everything was done exclusively by the students themselves.
