4th Annual Meeting of Board of Advisors

The 4th annual meeting of SWISSAM Hospitality Business & Culinary Arts School‘s Board of Advisors was held on the 4th of December, 2016. The meeting was attended by CEO of Azimut Hotel Group, Walter Neumann, General Director of Sokos Hotels St.Petersburg / Sokotel LLC. Petri Isomaki, General Director of Central Children's Store on Lubyanka, Peter Partma, CEO of Russian Rhapsody events agency, Elena Lvova and by co-owner of Food Retail Group, Michail Tevelev.

During the board meeting, CEO of SWISSAM Business School, Hans Hiertner, announced the main directions of the school's development for the nearest future. 

In December, SWISSAM is expected to be visited by an external and independent auditor who is part of the IMI annual audit of the quality of educational programs and standards. In addition to this, SWISSAM will increase the number of classrooms and is the building is undergoing construction to accomodate a second kitchen, which will be open to new groups of students in the coming semester.

2017 year is going to be remarkable for our business school in many ways. The main event, of course, will be the opening of the SWISSAM Moscow campus after a complete reconstruction. In March 2017, a conference for industry professionals will be held at SWISSAM Hospitality Business School, as well as the educational forums and open days for future students and all specialists who are interested in further education. 

In April, SWISSAM opens admission to the final semester for IMI International Hospitality Management program, which allows students to receive a bachelor degree without having to leave the country. 

The members of the board of advisors supported the new directions development of SWISSAM Hospitality Business & Culinary Arts School. The meeting was finished by a dinner cooked by students of ACF Culinary Arts Chef Education program under the control of our chef-instructor.
