How to Apply

Admissions to the core academic programs are now in progress. 

Culinary Arts. Chef Education course starts on 6th February, 2017

IMI International Hotel Management. Postgraduate Studies courses start on 20th February, 2017

IMI International Restaurant Management. Postgraduate Studies (2 modules) courses start on 20th March, 2017

SWISSAM Hospitality Business School reviews admission materials on a Rolling Admission basis: this means that you can begin to apply at any time, the earlier the better for guaranteed enrollment.

After submission, a member of our admissions team will call you back shortly and will assist in the following:

Each Applicant Is required to pay a one time payment Admission fee of 9 650 rubles.
The sum will be deducted from the total sum of tuition if the student elects to join the school. The sum is non refundable.
You can either use our online payment services or pay by bank transfer or by visiting the school.

Step 1: Creation of a Motivation letter

Step 2: Language Skill test: Swissam internal English Placement Test. We also accept TOEFL / IELTS / CAE certificates (if available)

Step 3: Scheduling of Interviews with Academic department (in person or by SKYPE)

Step 4: Provisional Acceptance

Once your application has been accepted, you will be issued with a provisional acceptance letter.

After receiving Provisional Acceptance letter, please provide the following documents to the Admissions Office as soon as possible but no later than 1 month before start of term:

  *   High-school/university certificates/transcripts

  *   Completed Statement of Health document

  *   Copy of passport

  *   International Medical Insurance

  *   Two passport-size photographs (3x4 cm – required upon arrival in Russia)

  *   Work reference letters (if available)

A deposit payment is then required within 4 weeks to guarantee your place.
