Academic Programs

The SWISSAM Business School is developing three study areas - International Hospitality Management and International Restaurant Management in coordination with the IMI, Switzerland, and Culinary Arts in coordination with ACF, USA. As educational partners to SWISSAM, they provide the school with their programs and methodology, as well as their teachers and consultants. SWISSAM develops graduates who will be in-demand in the hospitality industry in any country. The international diploma received by SWISSAM graduates is recognized around the world. SWISSAM Business School's alumnus are professionally qualified hotel and restaurant managers and high-class chefs.  Our graduates are sought after by international restaurant and hotel chains, spa centers, resorts, cruise liners and tourism companies. SWISSAM graduates can start their own business or take a leadership position at any company in the service industry.

Our International Hospitality Management branch offers two programs:

Undergraduate, for those without a college degree, and Postgraduate, for those who have already completed a course of higher education.

Upon the completion of these programs, students will receive a Swiss diploma from the IMI in Switzerland.

Graduates of the Culinary Arts program will receive a combined diploma from ACF in the USA.

For students who require a visa to enter, Russia is important to contact the Russian Embassy in your home country to find out the length of time necessary for your visa application. In certain countries, it may take up to 12 weeks for a visa to be approved.
